Financial Wellness Consultant, BB&T now Truist

Brook Quinn joined BB&T in 2007 and currently serves as a Financial Wellness Consultant. She chose to transition to this role in 2015 because she is passionate about education, financial wellness, and serving others. Brook loves partnering with local businesses, nonprofits, and schools to provide financial knowledge and resources to employees, students, and members of the community.
Mrs. Quinn has held a variety of roles with BB&T including teller, banker, and branch manager. In addition, she served as a mentor for two years in Dallas, Texas and assisted with the Susquehanna merger in New Jersey in 2015. She was awarded the Olympian Award for her role as a banker in 2013 and contributed to her region winning the President’s Award in 2012.
Brook is a native of Rocky Mount, Virginia. She attended Virginia Western Community College and earned her Associate Degrees in General Studies and Accounting. Her passion to positively influence the lives of people she reaches highly aligns with her personal, professional and community involvement.
Mrs. Quinn has led a small group at her church that focused on financial wellness. Brook has also served as a Team Captain for BB&T’s Lighthouse Project in Franklin County that benefited God’s Provision Food Pantry by providing funding and volunteer hours to support the pantry and the community is serves.
