About the Presenters: 

Patrick Bolling

Patrick Bolling is a Labor & Employment attorney in Woods Rogers’ Lynchburg office. In collaboration with human resource professionals and company leaders, he helps his clients make employment decisions, design and implement fair and effective employment policies, contracts, and handbooks, conduct workplace investigations, and prevent disputes from becoming litigation. Patrick sits on the Boards of Directors for The Williams Home and the Virginia Legal Aid Society, where he regularly takes pro bono cases.

Leah Stiegler

Leah Stiegler is a Labor & Employment attorney in Woods Rogers’ Richmond office. She advises employers on compliance with employment laws and defends actions at trial and before agencies including the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB. Leah also travels across Virginia to speak about diversity and implicit bias to professional and community groups. Leah is Chair of the Board for Virginia Amateur Sports, Inc., a non-profit organization that promotes physical fitness and healthy lifestyles and runs the Virginia Commonwealth Games.
