Tell us about your professional role:
I am a young professional who just made the switch from commercial installation management to staffing. I love my job because it allows me to touch base with like-minded individuals in similar positions and allows me to build relationships with clients. My clients have a point of contact who understands how critical their job is and what they need because I have been there before. I have 7+yrs of residential and commercial flooring knowledge and experience, 3+yrs in commercial construction and home improvement, and in August I will have one year of staffing estimating and production experience.
What do you enjoy in your spare time?
In my spare time, I practice MMA (specifically Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai) and I also dabble in music composition and song writing.
Who or what inspires you? People inspire me. It’s always refreshing to meet people who thirst for knowledge and are never complacent. Those people are so amazing to be around and when you are receptive and willing to collaborate you begin to bring out the best in each other.
What's something about not many people know? I have escaped an armbar during training from former UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Serra.
