Session: "Ten, Zen & Zest"

Dr. D is a 26-year fitness educator veteran and alumnus of University of Lynchburg, where she completed her terminal degree.

 

She enjoys reading, writing research, traveling, and spending time promoting the music for her son, Shane Washington known as Gamma Centauri on iTunes, Spotify, SoundCloud and YouTube.

 

Dr. D currently is a Trainer, Assessor and Presenter for Les Mills US and an International Presenter for Les Mills International. She serves as the Wellness Coordinator for the Kirk Family YMCA in Roanoke, Virginia and teaches group fitness classes for the YMCA of Central Virginia in Lynchburg.
